Death certificate

If the death occurs at home the certificate is filled in by the family doctor where the immediate causes of death are declared. In the event that the family doctor cannot be contacted or is unavailable, our staff will find a solution.

If the death occurs in hospital, the certification and notification will be completed by the hospital administration and we will take care of obtaining that documentation.
